No, you can stop by any time between 8am – 4pm.

We work with all insurance companies. Each insurance has their own process. But we’re here to help every step of the way.

A deductible is set by the insurance company. Your deductible, if owed, is paid to our shop at the time that your car is picked up after repairs. We accept cash, check or card. We will review at the time you drop off your vehicle.

You will need to contact a rental car company (Enterprise in Port Orchard ) to set up. Let them know your date of drop off for car repairs. Once arriving at our shop on your scheduled date, we contact Enterprise, they will pick you up from our office and take you to finish the rental process at their office. When the repairs are done, you simply return the rental to Wiley’s and we they pick it up from us.

We are in contact with your insurance company during repairs and take care of any supplement directly with them.

We ask that you bring with you any money received from the insurance for the claim, when you drop off your cars for repairs.

Stop by our office for an estimate and we can schedule you for repairs on our first available drop off date. We do require prepayment of parts be made at least a week prior to scheduled drop off.
